SAMH STOMP is back! Join Team SAMH at Barclays Hampden on World Mental Health Day and help us make some serious noise for Scotland’s mental health. Whether you’re stepping up with friends, family or colleagues, every stomp helps raise vital funds and awareness.

Take on the classic stadium stair challenge - 4,968 steps - as you climb your way around Barclays Hampden’s stands.

Perfect for individuals, friends, families and teams who want to push themselves while raising vital funds for mental health support across Scotland.

Ready to go further? The Extreme STOMP - 9,936 steps - takes things up a gear.

Tackle even more of the stadium as you take on an extended stair challenge designed for those who want to test themselves and maximise their impact.
