What are they?

Wellness Action Plans are a personalised, practical tool we can all use - whether we have a mental health problem or not. They help us:

  • Identify what keeps us well at work, and what doesn't
  • Reflect on any warning signs of poor wellbeing 
  • Consider our individual working style
  • Initiate a conversation with a manager, so they can better support us
