Energy Sector training

Supporting mental health in the Energy Sector

Research continues to show that people in the energy sector – particularly offshore workers – face an increased risk of poor mental health and suicide.

This reflects a critical need for bespoke training created with input from industry workers, to address both individual wellbeing and organisational culture.

That's why we have developed a modular training programme, with input from over 60 industry professionals across 23 organisations.

Shaped by and for energy workers at all levels, this training reflects the reality of working in the sector: on or offshore, in management or non-management roles.
