Give In Celebration

Help Scotland’s mental health.

Whether you’re marking your birthday, anniversary, wedding or even celebrating New Year or Easter, we’d love to be part of your special day.

Happy occasions are special opportunities for family and friends to come together.  Share the love when you celebrate, and give to support Scotland’s mental health.

If you need any advice or materials, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help:

Whatever you’re celebrating, you can easily make SAMH a part of your special day.

Are you having a birthday? You can set up a Facebook birthday fundraiser page, and ask your family and friends if they’ll support Scotland’s mental health in your honour.

Maybe it’s your wedding anniversary? Why not ask family and friends to donate 50p to SAMH for every year they’ve known you and your spouse.

Open presents, watch fireworks … keep Scotland’s mental health in mind. Could you bring SAMH into your festive plans?

At Easter, don’t buy any Easter eggs and instead donate what you would have spent to SAMH.

At New Year, ask your family, friends or guests (or even your first footer) to get together and donate as many pennies as the year. So the year 2021 would be £20.21 (or £202.10 if you’re feeling ambitious!).
