Sir Chris Hoy

Sir Chris is one of Scotland and Britain’s greatest ever athletes. An 11-time World Champion and six-time Olympic medallist in track cycling, he represented Scotland and Great Britain at Olympics, World Championships and Commonwealth Games. Chris has been our Ambassador since 2009 and is the founder of Tour de 4.

Des Clarke

Des is a stand-up comedian and presenter, well known for Heart Radio’s breakfast show, BBC Scotland’s ‘Breaking the News’, and his recent stand-up show ‘Life After Des’.

Duncan Scott

Duncan is Scotland’s most decorated Olympian, with eight medals across three Games. He has won almost 50 senior international medals in total, including Commonwealth Games and European and World Championships.

Jean Johansson

Jean is a TV presenter, host and reporter. Her current roles include hosting Channel 4’s ‘A Place in the Sun’ and ITV’s ‘This Morning’, and reporting for BBC One’s ‘Animal Park’.

Jennifer Reoch

Jennifer is an award-winning TV and radio presenter who has worked for the BBC, ITV, STV and Heart Radio. A former ‘Miss Scotland’, she represented Scotland on the international stage of ‘Miss World’ in 2011 and is a law and French graduate.

Len Pennie

Len is a poet, broadcaster, Scots language performer and writer. She’s well known for her ‘Scots word of the day’ and advocacy around mental health. She has published two collections of poetry, with ‘Poyums’ winning multiple awards and becoming a Sunday Times best-seller.

Sammi Kinghorn OBE

Sammi is a Paralympic, World and European champion wheelchair racer, winning gold at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. Sammi is also a presenter on the BBC’s ‘Countryfile’.

Sean Mcdonald

Sean is host of the ‘Blethered’ podcast as well as large public events, and his guests have included Nicola Sturgeon, John Niven, Zack Polanski and Irvine Welsh. Fluent in Spanish, French and Italian, Sean is also a regular contributor to BBC Scotland’s ‘Debate Night’.

Valtos

Valtos are a Scottish electronic-traditional duo from the Isle of Skye who collaborate with artists across Scotland. Valtos’ track ‘Fada’ is the soundtrack on our campaign film. Their new album ‘The Last Light’ is out now.
