One Step At A Time

Take it One Step At A Time

Good mental health can often be a work in progress for many of us, but small changes can transform lives.

In the run up to World Mental Health Day, we’re asking you to take One Step At A Time. It’s never been more important that we not only protect our own mental health, but support the mental wellbeing of the people we love.

What is One Step At A Time?

One individual step at a time adds up to radical change.

Right now, the world can be a difficult place to live in. We can all feel overwhelmed sometimes, but if we focus on the next step we can create better mental health for ourselves and for Scotland.

Join us in taking a step forward towards good mental health: whether that is for ourselves, loved ones, or supporting SAMH to make mental health better for everyone.
