Drag & Dine 2025 Terms & Conditions
By opting to purchase or possess tickets to Drag & Dine Glasgow / Drag & Dine Dundee, you automatically agree to our terms of use shared below. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the Drag & Dine premises.
Please note that SAMH reserve the right to make changes, revisions and amendments, or add/remove sections from these terms and conditions, without any prior notifications to ticket holders. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of SAMH. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Drag & Dine Glasgow / Drag & Dine Dundee tickets.
1. General Conditions
1.1. The price of one Drag & Dine Glasgow ticket is £55. This figure is non- negotiable.
1.2. The price of one Drag & Dine Dundee ticket is £45. This figure is non- negotiable.
1.3. The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access either Platform (Glasgow) on 1st November 2025 or Bonar Hall (Dundee) on 22nd November 2025, when either Drag & Dine Glasgow or Drag & Dine Dundee is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending Drag & Dine Glasgow / Drag & Dine Dundee. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
1.4. The ticket buyer must assume full responsibility of their tickets once they are received. SAMH has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
1.5. Kindly note that www.samh.org.uk is the sole authorised source for purchasing tickets to this event. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
1.6. The tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
1.7. If the event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, SAMH has the sole and absolute right to:
1.7.1. reschedule the event, in which case the original ticket(s) purchased by the ticket buyer would remain valid for the new date; or
1.7.2. issue a full refund.
If the ticket buyer is unavailable for the rescheduled date, a full refund will be provided by SAMH. Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
2. Cancellations and Refund Policy
2.1. We understand that circumstances change, so if you can no longer attend the event, we ask that you email us on fundraising@samh.org.uk to request a refund.
2.2. Please note that tickets can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 4 weeks prior to the event (Sat 4th Oct for Glasgow / Sat 25th Oct for Dundee). After these dates we are unable to offer a refund if you are no longer able to attend.
2.3. Please note that you purchase these event tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction.
2.4. In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
2.5. If the event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter may offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, governmental announcements, strikes, delays in production, and so forth. Once again, the decision of SAMH will be considered final.
2.6. If either event needs to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
3. Minimum Age Requirements and Conditions of Entry
3.1. Please note that, due to alcohol being sold and consumed at this event, all guests must be aged 18 or over on the day of the event.
3.2. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) will be of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of the event.
3.3. If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, they will not be granted entry. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued.
3.4. At the time of entering the event venue, you may be required to produce confirmation of your ticket purchase and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.
3.5. SAMH does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
3.6. SAMH follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at these events and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.
4. Photography and Recording
4.1. Photography and/or film recordings will be taken at Drag & Dine Glasgow and
Drag & Dine Dundee by SAMH. This media will be used solely to promote the activities of SAMH and may appear in our promotional materials, both printed and electronic,
including (but not limited to) future event promotion, websites, social media, reports, service leaflets and display materials.
4.2. Media will be stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.
4.3. If you would like to view media in which you are featured, or request their deletion, please email SAMH at: fundraising@samh.org.uk.
5. Venue Accessibility
5.1. If you have accessibility requirements, SAMH are committed to ensuring as much as reasonably possible that provisions are in place to ensure you are able to enjoy the event fully.
5.2. The area of Platform (Glasgow) which is being used to host Drag & Dine Glasgow is fully accessible.

5.4. SAMH will work with each event venue to create the best possible experience for guests with accessibility needs, making all reasonable accommodations.
5.5. You are encouraged to contact SAMH as early as possible with any accessibility requirements, so that SAMH has the greatest opportunity to assist you. In any event, you must inform SAMH of any specific accessibility requirements by contacting the SAMH Income Generation and Fundraising team at
fundraising@samh.org.uk or telephone 0141 530 1028 at least 7 days before the event.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Your personal data, and the personal data of any guest(s) that you or they provide to us, will be collected and processed in accordance with the Specific Rules and our Privacy Policy (samh.org.uk/information/privacy-cookies).
6.2. By purchasing a ticket(s) for this event, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the event will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before purchasing a ticket(s).
6.3. By purchasing ticket(s) and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to SAMH to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
