What’s included in the price of my standard ticket? 

Each guest will receive:

  • Drink on arrival (one per person - beer, glass of prosecco or a soft drink)
  • Street food lunch
  • Goody bag

 

What’s included in the price of my VIP ticket? 
  • Early entry
  • VIP meet and greet with the Queens before the event opens
  • Digital copy of professional photograph taken on the day
  • Drink on arrival (one per person - beer, glass of prosecco or a soft drink)
  • Table drink (prosecco)
  • VIP reserved seating close to the stage
  • Street food lunch
  • VIP extras in your goody bag

 

Is there an age restriction for attendees of the event? 

Due to alcohol being sold and consumed at this event, no attendees under the age of 18 are permitted to attend. 

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies? 

Yes – in the confirmation email shared with the original ticket buyer, a request was included for them to complete an online form with full details of any dietary requirements and allergen information of their guests. 

If you would like to share any dietary requirements or allergies with us directly, please contact us at least 4 weeks prior to the event by emailing us on: fundraising@samh.org.uk  

 

Will I receive tickets?

No, the event is ticketless and will operate on a guest list basis - in the confirmation email shared with the original ticket buyer, a request was included for them to complete an online form with full details of guests attending. If your guests' details change, please email fundraising@samh.org.uk to notify us.

The lead booker should hold on to the confirmation email as proof of booking in case they are asked for this on the day.

 

Do you offer refunds? 

We understand that circumstances change, so if you can no longer attend the event we ask that you email us on fundraising@samh.org.uk to request a refund.  

Please note that tickets can only be cancelled with a full refund up to 4 weeks prior to the event (Sat 17th Oct).

After this date, we are unable to offer a refund if you are no longer able to attend. 

 

Is the venue accessible? 

The area of the venue we will be hosting our event in is accessible. However, if you have any specific requests that will enable you to enjoy the event fully, please do let us know by emailing us on fundraising@samh.org.uk 

 

Do you offer carer companion tickets?

Please email fundraising@samh.org.uk before booking your tickets if you require a carer or companion ticket.

 

Is there a waiting list if tickets sell out? 

If you wish to attend and the event is sold out, you can register to be alerted of any tickets that become available by emailing: fundraising@samh.org.uk
