The SAMH STOMP is back, and this October we hope to take your fundraising to new heights. Join Team SAMH in making strides to help Scotland's mental health on 6th October at BT Murrayfield stadium.
Are you ready to step up to the challenge?
Take on one of two routes and challenge yourself in a whole new way and experience BT Murrayfield like you’ve never seen before, all while raising vital funds for Scotland’s mental health.
You may not be the world’s greatest athlete, but you don’t have to be, because at SAMH STOMP, our strength is in numbers, as the more noise we make, the more heads we turn, so the more we STOMP, the more we support Scotland’s mental health.
Luckily there isn’t just one road to Scotland’s mental health:
The classic Stomp route take you on a trail of 4,200 stairs through the south, west and northern lower stands, before tackling both the lower and upper east stands. Route map
Looking to raise the bar...?
Extreme Stomp takes our charity challenge up a gear and also includes BT Murrayfield’s steepest staircases. The Extreme Stomp takes on the Stomp route, PLUS the remaining stairs of the upper stands, totalling over 7400 steps. Route map
Chip timing is provided if you want to set yourself an extra challenge.
Details of the registration fee and minimum fundraising pledge for each route are:
