Nothing can prepare you for the suicide of a friend, a sister, a father. £10 will help us to be there for someone who has lost a loved one to suicide, to help them start to rebuild their lives.	Family or friends are often the front line of care. £25 could enable SAMH provide expert support to a mum, to give her the confidence to help her child open up about feeling suicidal.	£50 will help us provide trained staff who can intervene when someone is suicidal. In a crisis, the right response may save a life.

SAMH's 'Two Too Many' Campaign, launched on Friday 23rd November 2012, aims to raise awareness of suicide, challenge the stigma associated with it and help people feel confident to offer support if they are concerned that someone they know is at risk of suicide.

The Campaign launches with a series of short television adverts aimed at highlighting the scale of the issue and the work of SAMH. Stories from those who have lost someone to suicide feature in The Sunday Mail on Sunday 25th November. On Monday 26th November we launch two new ground-breaking adverts on STV.

The 'Two Too Many' campaign will feature on television, in the press and online. As it progresses, we will carefully assess the difference it is making to ensure it is as effective as possible.
