Hearing Voices Guide The Hearing Voices booklet is designed to help people understand and cope with their experiences. It offers a range of advice on how to deal with voices, from tips for relaxation such as meditation and breathing exercises, to advice on how to engage with and manage the voices. Hearing Voices was produced by The Hive, a SAMH service based at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, based on consultation with people who attend the regular Hearing Voices support group.
