health which can be accessed through our Information Service by
telephone and email.
You can call our info service between 2-4pm Monday to Friday on
freephone 0800 917 34 66. If you have
a non-urgent information query, please email us at info@samh.org.uk. If you are in
Glasgow, pop in to see us at our Resource Centre.

office. You can also contact Breathing Space, the free confidential
