SAMH is The Scottish Association for Mental Health

British Sign Language is the first language of between 4-6,000 people in Scotland. Mental health matters to all sections of the population, so SAMH wants to help ensure that Deaf and Deafblind people who use British Sign Language are able to access information about mental health.

This page provides information in British Sign Language about keeping well, accessing services and understanding common terms used in relation to mental health problems. There are English translations beneath each of the videos.
